the handlebar is taped on the left but not on the right. And at least one of the spokes stretches from one side of the rim to the other without crossing the center. Brakes have no brake pads.
The front tire has no valve stem.

I was at Komazawa park last week and there were loads of fit J-girls on fixed bikes (at the skate area)
