This bike rules.

And I don't really give a crap about riser stems w/ bullhorns. Comfy is more important than pretty to me*.

It's silly to use a negative rise stem only to pull it up (if its a quill) or add spacers below it (if it's threadless). It makes sense to minimize the amount of metal between ones headset and bars.

They were a great band. I watched them once destroy a VFW hall because the guitarist felt it would be a good idea to climb into the drop ceiling tiles. such class.

And as stated before, its the angle of the bars that makes the difference-go for level.

ok man ,here is the thing with your bike it doesn't matter to me because there is so many thing I don't care for on you bike and for each its own.
but the brake levers ,freewheel, quick release front and back, front and back brakes, water bottles, arm rests on your aero bars, not to mention the bar and stem. oh wait machined rims
you can ride that bike for a long time and be really comfortable, I get it
but man not very pretty at all.

I guess you lost me at freewheel.... and that cool just not my thing ....yet when my knees blow out from riding brakeless on an ill fitting bike you can laugh at me and I will sit and take it.

and if you seat is higher than you bars I'll give it to you but when you are level with the bars or seat is lower than your bars it looks like a hybid with bar ends.

You are indeed an opinionated fellow
I use brakes, so I need brake levers. (this also means I need brakes (front and back since it is a SS and not a FG) I can ride faster with brakes than without since if I need to stop, brakes let me do that.
QR's are there since I transport my bike inside my car 9 time out of 10. It would be a complete PITA to hae to use a wrench since I take my bike to work every day.
Water bottles may be for dorks, but I ride 20 miles at lunch (averaging between 19.5-20.5mph) in 100 degree heat. I don't want to actually die from riding my bike.
I think your humor must me lost on me, as is Blickblocks (I was being sarchastic). No worries if my bike is not you style, but not liking a bike for things that make it useful is..... interesting.

Besides comfort is a good thing. Just got back from a 90 mile ride today on it,.... and I had a pretty good time.

I know your bike gets ridden alot, I can tell. and not hating on you personally i know it fits great and you can put Mad miles on it.
if was going to do 90 miles on a bike that would be the one.or a road bike
35 ,40 miles is about the about the most I want to do on my "good looking bike(in my opinon)"

mostly just sticking up for risers bars on drop stems...the other side of the bar/stem haters is riser stems on bull horns .
really love for all bikes except Dutrets
