Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Won? Or bought them on ebay? I hope they don't smell like vintage wool.

Cool stuff... you just need a hairnet and you are set.

They don't smell at all, thankfully. I won another wool jersey that is a little stinky, though.. I need to wash it!

They were race prizes..

I saw some stuff like that on clearance at a sad LBS in (IIRC) Jersey somewhere... but it was polyester and all faded.
