Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Birthday present from my girl

I love her, she knows jack about bikes other than i really like them so this is the last thing i expected. I am moving to school in two days and I needed something for my bed, and as usual she pulls though for me

The fact that she took the time to even cut out the bike is amazing. You're a lucky one and you'll love having it with you at school, especially if you're going far away.

The fact that the bike doesn't look perfect (I'm in no way saying it looks bad or poorly made) almost oozes with love. You can't buy that at WalMart or Target.

Congrats.

That's pretty cool.

I had a blanket like that given to me for xmas (w/out the cool bike stuff) and it's by far the warmest thing I have. Even beats out my 4-point wool blanket. Less itchy, to boot.

If she REALLY loved you, she would have tightened up the geometry, given you a better stem and another much needed peddle!.

JUST KIDDING - that is awesome, and most importantly, it comes from the heart!
In return, do not give her a blanket...give her a ring!

At least you won't be picking around for parts here!
