80's Raleigh Track -- can anyone identify this frame?

I just picked up this beat up Raleigh (i hope) track frame and was wondering if anyone knows what model it is and what tubing etc. Just curious. It has plastic decals & badge; the serial # is 840813; and I think the dropouts are stamped GIPIEMME.

I know these phone pics kinda suck. Just let me know if better pics would help.

thanks

I think that's the dude I bought it from; I should ask him. He was extremely helpful and actually slapped that fork and headset (levin) on there for me as well. Now all I have to do is build it up...
