Accurate weight of a Bianchi Pista frame?

I'm curious if anyone knows for sure what a new Bianchi Pista frame weighs.

I'm trying to figure out where the weight is coming from on my bike. My road bike is 18 lbs with 30 speeds but my Pista is 19lbs with one brake and one gear.

Thanks!

Surprisingly, not very noticeble with the highly unscientific "lifting" test. Cassette probably is the culprit on the road Mavic Ksyrium wheelset.
