They dont have websites.
They both need to get it going IMO.
I get the impression that neither really needs them or cares.
Especially Punch. Kitajima san has a fulltime job and the shop isnt it. Hence the wacked out hours.

there's a maps in one of the other threads (probably track bikes in tokyo)
i think carnival is closed mondays? they didn't seem super friendly, but dude (i think his name was hal?) did fix my cranks for free... expensive stuff, but a few nice pieces.
haven't been to punch, but i've heard they have super spotty hours...
