Where can I find a short stem? (like, 5cm)

The question is in the title, where can I find a short (quill) stem? Preferably Italian. I have looked around.

Thanks!

I have quite a few tiny SR quills that I currently have no use for, this is an 80mm but the ones I have are way shorter so I'd say they are 50mm or so

I have a super short Nitto stem on my Nishiki that will come off as soon as I actually start riding the bike. Also, lots of ladies bikes have tiny stems. Unfortunatly most ladies bikes are not of the highest quality.
