Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? handlebar size question.

***searched before posted***

are there any other types of bullhorn handlebars that aren't so long? mine are 38cm and i want a different style but at the same length.

also any handlebar tape that doesn't get that dirty and still has great grip would be nice. looking for yellow..or mainly yellow. if not really that possible ways of cleaning my tape would be helpful.

all help would be appreciated.

tressostar cloth tape.

stays cleaner than cork; better grip when sweaty, wet; doesn't look rediculously puffy.

velo wrap bar tape. cleans with a rag and simple green.

bonus--it gets tacky when wet, hand slippage in the rain is non-issue.

Cloth tape + shellac is great if you dont mind the old timey look. It stays super clean, it survives crashes way better than cork or gel and it's grippy in all weather.
