Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

It's a Poghliaghi stoker stem. Not too sure why the OP is so excited about it though...

Nice! I'm going to take a (not-fixed-gear) tandem to the public velodrome with my girlfriend next weekend on our way to a grower's market next door. I can't wait!!

Only starts getting good at 2:00. The commentator blamed the Czechs for the damage,
but I think if you put your front wheel under your opponent's stoker's cranks and get it
run over then its your own (the Brits) fault.

He said the issue was that the Czechs went above the red line when they weren't supposed to.
