Lever-Caliper compatability...
I know it says "other brakes" but can anyone tell me if these levers works with the Ultegra Front Caliper being sold on Nashbar?

Well, these are MTB levers so not really.
They have too much cable pull for road brakes so you may not get enough braking power. If your hands are strong and you aren't heavy it could work, depending on your personal preferences, pads, adjustment etc.
I don't know how much adjustment ability you get with these...
