Bianchi Celeste powdercoating???

So My early 80's celeste Bianchi is and has been my project for the past year. I am wanting to keep the bike for a long time and it needs some new painting since there is a bit of bubbly rust around some lugs and on the bottom of the bb shell, and other places. I got a quote for 125 for a basic bike frame set to be powdercoated with a stock color, single layer, about 190 for dual layers.

Here is the question, and i need some opinions. Paint the frame the original celeste, or go custom while maintaining the few bianchi identity logos on the crown of the fork, head tube badge and seat stay B's.

If you vote for a custom color, give your suggestion. thanks everyone.

Eddie D.

IMO celeste is probably one of the best colors ever, I just ordered some deep v's in that color for my bike. But it is YOUR bike, you may be tired of it.

Wrong again. Get it painted lime green with a gold sparkle clearcoat.

Ok that is two for celeste, and a few suggestions. I know that it is my bike but occasionally my ideas can be limited to my own experiences, and i think that asking for peoples opinions can help me think outside the box, i might find something that i really like, and i have been thinking about red operator

Thanks guys keep them comming, also i am not looking to go over 200 dollars

If only Lotus (Colin Chapman, auto racing) had made a fixed gear. But wait, would it be made of fiberglass?
