Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Anyone remove the "comp" logo on the Ritchey headset?

Just wondering if the same methods to remove decals apply to this on the frame. Thx..

Is your headset silver or black? If silver you could try a teeny bit of acetone on a rag and see if it comes off.

If it's lazer etched (probably not), you're doomed. If it isn't, try the acetone trick or the (seriously) old toothbrush and toothpaste trick. Toothpaste took the logo off of my huge ass control tech stem in like 2 seconds.

Model paint? Reconsider how serious you are about the debadging/appearance of your bike?
