looks like stock concept fork. if that's really your 'lockup bike' you've got either a burly lock, or a 7'2" friend with a lot of time on his hands.

Thanks man! Glad you're into it. chase. was right, the fork is just the stock CF fork that comes with the frame. Def an awesome whip...

chase., I actually use THREE burly u-locks for this bad boy. Though I would def prefer one burly dude, hehe...

My bike is a conversion from an early 90's road bike I had laying around.
Mostly black just by chance really. Got the brakes and shifters from my extra bike parts that were taken off of an old mtn bike about 10 years ago.

Check out the road tires reflective sidewalls.

that is a beautiful bike. but, and i don't know why, for some stupid reason that fender really bothers me. if you dig it that's all that matters, but for some reason it creeps me out.

edit: yes, i had to repost the picture.

ps - 20+ mile commute and no lights/reflectors on that stealthy ride? Never caught out at night? Or lots of reflective piping on your clothes?
Yech, every time someone says that I think about this one time I actually did that. Though it wasn't from envy, hehe...

I actually ride at night a lot. No reflectors though. Just a nice and bright rear blinker on my bag. Other than that, I'm virtually invisible out there on this thing...

Hehe, thanks man! It's funny that the fender creeps you out. It's actually one of the only fenders out there that doesn't creep me out. I just don't like how wide and low most all the other ones sit. Mine is way thinner and kinda has that spoiler look to it. I'd kill to find another one...

I have 2 questions.

1 being, what kind of fender exactly is that?

and 2, did you paint your bike black? it has a "ribbed" looking texture that i am considering attributing to electrical tape, but i feel like I should give you a chance to explain before jumping to conclusions.

I dunno how many chains it took, not my bike. The furry passenger is for pixie racing/spare bike in caes of main bike breakdown. Pixie racing is fun!

Not all black, but close...

Not all black either, but it almost was when it was stolen. My first fixed, I miss her.
