bar-end brakes on chop & flip bars?
So I recently chopped and flipped an old set of bars... unlike normal bullhorn/aero bars, the chop occurs in the middle of the curve for the drops, so the end of the bar is a bit curved.
The internal diameter of the bars at the curve is 19mm, and most of the bar end brakes (such as these: https://www.bikemannetwork.com/biking/p/BR5065) fit 19-21 mm ID bars. My concern is that since the end of the bar is curved, there isn't got be a full 19mm "cylinder" of space long enough for the bar end brakes to actually fit in.
Hopefully I explained this well enough. Has anyone done this before, and if so, which brakes?
Thanks!

the inside diameter of the bars at that point will not fit any kind of bar end shifter or brake lever

I crammed a diacomp lever in mine. It took some doing and it isn't *quite* all the way in but it's solid.
