I am thinking of getting a fixie.
Should I get the bike first or the silver messenger bag?

First, grow out your hair.
Then get the tight pants.
Then the bag.
Bike is optional. Just tell everyone it's locked up. They'll never know.

you'll need to pick up a cool habit, like smoking; and get behind a few causes, like darfur or food not bombs.
but it's completely do-able.

Pay no attention to these elitist fools get the bike get the bag, get the shants, find a vegan cafe to hang in, but more importantly ride untill you collapse, And barf up your stomach lineing.
Onestly Whats wrong with a messenger bag?, Is it possible that people use them because they work for biking and they are comfortable,(for biking at least i wear a back pack while Walking). And who cares what other people are doing, I think most of you elitists, don't like people rinding fixed gear and wearing a messenger bag is because it makes you look more mainstream and your realize you might not be the creative "out there" person you think you are.

What's wrong with an H in honestly? Nothing's wrong with messenger bags, I'm sure that 90% of people here use them. It's just that "looking like a messenger" is part of the hipster approach. You have realised that the OP was a joke, right?

I have a Pista and I just ride....I wear my lame Vans....I eat meat...tons of meat...mostly fast-food....I wear a helmet....I have a front brake....I usually just have my camera bag....Domke...it's comfortable and I sling it over my shoulder....don't care about too much else....I like fixed because it's quiet....I feel at peace....I'm a poor rider...I've walked up hills....I'm not fast....stock gearing...ooops....stock EVERYTHING....and I wear my 10-year old Polarized Revos when I ride...never any spandex....only my Kohl's shorts....$10......oh well....did I say that I ride every day for an hour or so and love it?
