Buying my first actual fixie

I'm not planning on buying it anytime soon, but I'm thinking into the future. So which sounds better, go for the Kilo TT and some better wheels, or a custom Milwaukee Bicycle Co. bike?

Not a custom frame, just building a bike using their bike builder on the site.
