Well, you've got the checkered vans, so I'd say you're good to go if you'll just take off those silly clipless pedals. Sheesh. Noob.

(just kidding, I like it.)

good job you studied the fgg cliche well and were successful in conforming to it without creating a bike worthy of the jackass bike thread.

Idk, it seems more legit than most of those bikes. It has clipless pedals, a functional brake, and real bars for starters...

powder coated deep Vs = +15
top-tube pad = +10
color matched top-tube pad = +10
stem pointed at the sky = -1 (you need it point to the ground)
Clipless pedals = -100
bullhorns = -5 (rizers would get you points)

Over all it's craptacular!

Oh I know, it was a joke in reference to the "checkered vans on platforms" cliche. I'm just sayin, you've already got the checkered vans so you're halfway there.

Also, I thnk the deep v's are worth more than 15.

As a general rule, subtract points for stuff that is practical and add points for stuff that looks cool, makes you slower or is uncomfortable.

That's about the closest he'll get to a compliment.

Looks functional and generally well setup. I think tt pads are for your ballz on a bmx, but others disagree -- whatever works for you.

And not to hate, but wouldn't this be better suited to the photos thread?

Yeah, wouldn't it be great if there were either a thread dedicated to sharing pictures, or maybe even one JUST to post your IRO group buy pictures in? Someone should start one!

Yeah but they are so 2006 and both aren't machined. Point value of 15 seems fair.

Where did you order your wheels from? I would like a set of yellow deep V's with only the front machined. I don't care about hub color really. How much did they run you?

Not sure if they are 2006, but they are played out. That was my thinking for the low point value. Powder coating them makes them worst.

Good call on the brake. I forgot that. Though -100 seems too generous, -500 seems more right.

Oh, the buble-bee color theme has got to be worth some points due to a connection with some inside joke/cult movie/hipster joke somewhere....

I see some checked vans slip-ons in the corner.. +25 for those puppies. If only he had toe cages and straps he'd win!

If it's a group buy frame, there's a thread specifically for that here as mentioned by bonechilling.
If you want a broader audience, there's a stickied thread here for general bike photos.
Both are in the SSFG forum.
