Maybe it's a bad angle, but that fork looks like it's seen a few too many cars.

I was having a friendly conversation with another rider whose bike has ridiculously short riser bars, and he explained that he rests his elbows on the bars when he's climbing. Seriously, WTF?

I think these bikes are related. Hillman's are classic Australian track bikes. Yours is a great example.

You can get Mutant stems for $10-$20 regularly on eBay. I paid $15 for one.
