That Windsor has to be the un-safest bike posted in this thread. At least the crappy conversions that get posted without foot retention don't have cables flying everywhere that can get you tangled-up. Spend a buck and get some twist-ties dood.

In my defense: I'm not an idiot like I'm sure you all assume. I secured the brake line right after the photo, I hadn't ridden the bike except down my driveway with the line like that. The bottle opener went on first because it was lying around and I hadn't purchased the brakes yet. I explained it went on first as more of a joke than to imply it was really an important feature. it's on there just to be funny and to rep. my school. Thanks for being so critical!
P.S. I was worried about the toe clips like that... Call me reckless.

i have to say, i too took a picture before securing my rear brake line.
i love the threadless, saddle, and pedals. and the paintjob. if only the hour's finish and components came on the kilo's geometry.

for real, that bike looks like that short girl in HS that had no boobs but wore a lot of makeup, had a bad/trendy haircut, and was a huge **** just because she wanted to be pretty.
or the guy who spends more in cologne and roofies than most people spend in food. (just trying to make this a little less sexist)

I feel like constructive feedback could've been given in this thread to save a lot of bad feelings and drama. Yes the bikes had things set-up improperly on them, but instead of suggesting a fix in a positive way, everyone jumped on the hate train. If we want more people to bike and want to make it an easily accesible method of transportation/culture, we should really work on getting people to set up their bikes safely and intelligently in a friendly way. If the term biker continues to be synonymous with *****hole, considerably less people will want to ride.

Thanks. The tape is shellaced brown Tressostar. I really wanted the Brooks leather tape but couldn't bring myself to fork out the cash. I wrapped gel packs underneath for comfort.
