Cheap headlights

Steepandcheap.com has Serfas SL-400 and TL-1000 lightset for 21 bucks.

I'd like to get some lights with easily detachable mounts, so this looks good. Anybody have experience with this light or have any suggestions? The search function didn't turn up too much.

I would only hope that such lights are worth the price dependant on where you are riding. The objective is to produce the clearest light. So not so much about my experience but instead about consideration.

I bought the Planet Bike Blaze and Superflash for pretty cheap off of ebay.

I'm pretty tempted to pick these up. Each of these lights sell for $30-ish, alone. I don't need them, but I can't always use them.

I have one of each of these. Bought the headlight awhile back because with all the LED's I figured it would be really bright. It's ok,but not as bright as either of my 1W Cateye headlights. And it doesn't have a blinking function. Bought the taillight because a friend had one and it was before the PB Superflash came out. It's really freakin' bright, almost as bright as the Superflash, but the mount sucks. The mount is an arm that sticks out from the seat post and it collapsed 2 or 3 times after I hit bumps at speed. Tried to reinforce it with a ziptie, but then it was a pain to take the light on/off.

For cheap lights I recently picked up a pair of these.

They are normal flashlights and run on single AA's but I got some o rings and mounted them on my bars similar to the way Dinottes are mounted. I can't say much about the lifetime but one is as bright as my cateye hl-el400 and for the cost of one Cateye I got two of these flashlights and they are really nice. I have a feeling that they will suck batteries pretty quickly but I am going to get a battery recharger so it should be all good
