Steel fork: how high is the jump, how big is the drop?

How high is the jump and how big is the drop can be done on rigid steel fork? Anyone got any pictures showing this?

This is the absolute limit...a cm higher would result in instant death upon impact.

I meant a rigid steel fork on a mtb single speed sorry for the confusion

what kind of fork are you talking? anything? I've had a few super-heavy-duty rigid forks that have taken everything I could throw at them. Headsets(lower cup)/tires/rims/hubs have failed before forks. usually.

and what exactly do you want a picture of?

it was a big jump but his carbon fork came out ok, just imagine how high he could have gone with steel
