I need a Junk Bike...where can I find one?
So i'm back home for my winter break from school, and i'm getting pretty depressed without a bike to use. So i wanted to know if anyone in the NYC or NJ area knows where i may find like a thrift store or a junk yard or something where i might be able to pick up a bike. I tried to google it, but had no luck...any help would be great. Thanks guys

some new kind of kick
I don't live anywhere remotely close but I would suggest looking to see
if there is a bike kitchen nearby, try thrift stores, craigslist, etc.
You may find something cheap that ain't junk even.

Target.
You can even make it into a fixed gear.
Unfortunately, the link to that project escapes me. But I think it worked out okay.
