axle bolt torque spec

Is there a specific torque setting for the axle bolts. I want to make sure the wheel doesn't slip on me, but at the same time I don't want to flex the frame or damage the drop outs. Looks like i am gouging the metal a bit

i just grab the wrench around the middle, rather than the end, to take the beast leverage away from myself. that way when i can't physically tighten it anymore, it's usually perfect.
