Your frame is meant to have a 68 BB but the spindle length is based on the crank and not the frame. Case and point; Campy road cranks use 102mm spindles, whereas a lot of FSA road cranks use 108mm ISIS spindles. Both cranks and BB's would fit your bike.
The length of the spindle is only important if you are trying to fit a road crank onto your SS/FG bike and have a good chainline. If you are using a track crank, use the mnfd suggested spindle length and taper spec. You need to post what crank you are using at the very least to provide us enough info to help. If the BB interface is ISIS, FSA makes a track BB with 2 lockrings for an adjustable chainline:
's advice was good. Not sure why you needed to bump your thread twice in an hour and a half.... but perhaps your best bet would be to go to your LBS and purchase and install your parts.
To be blunt, the number of questions you urgently need on BB's is insane.
