i don't know if they stopped making them, but they're certainly still shipping them to shops (as recently as last week, at least).
though honestly, unless you're taking the bike offroad why not go with dura-ace or campy record? cost a little less, lighter, smaller stack and just as smooth.

unless you're after colors, in which case ck is the only game on the block (a very good one, at that).

ps, here's the product page. at the bottom is contact info... give them a quick call to double check. conference trackstar in so they don't misinform any more customers.

yeah

i was going to get a chris king cos the price in the states $120 works out the same as a dura ace or record here in the uk which is £60. i wanted c k for the made in usa quality. dura ace will do just fine though. my hatta swan is suffering from british rain intrusion. shame trackstar didn't have the goods. double shame the said that c k didn't make them. dura ace it is then.

It's a shame trackstar misinformed you. Though, i think you'll be pretty happy with your dura-ace's quality and lifespan. I love mine.

the "2 nut" is what I've used 4 times now on 4 different 1 inch threaded bikes. It worked great for all of them.
