Can I replace the bearings in my miche hubs with phil wood bearings? I know it can be done with formulas, can it be done with miches? And will there be any noticeable difference in how smooth they feel? I noticed a little difference between my formulas and miches, but if I swap bearings with phils will I notice a difference? Im thinking it might be a good time to service both sets of hubs ( miche and formulas) and just thought i'd ask.

Formulas are 6000, Miches are 6001

Bearing resistance won't make an iota of difference to your riding. Especially not between different sets of cartridge ones.

i bought some phil s'pec bearing and i cannot feel the differene even when it's in my hand.

You should be able to take any sealed bearing to a good bearing house or industrial distributor and have them match it. After the size is confirmed just ask them for the highest quality one they can get in that size. There's usually a couple of grades or more for most sizes. This should be cheaper than sourcing them through a bike store or Phil as well.
