Like Syntace Bullhorns but with curved horns

Does anyone make a bar like Syntace bullhorns where the horn part isn't so flat?

I really like the flat section of Syntaces near the clamp where they angle back and the curve into the horns but the horn itself is super flat and not very comfortable to grip. Wondering if I could bend them with a pipe bender or something if I cut off the end of the horn if no one makes something like this. Basically the back part of Syntaces with the front part of flop and chops.

I tried that but the ends aren't curved up enough for me to feel like I have a solid enough grip when I angle them down.
