Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Sorta OT: healthy food recipes

So as i've seen the recent success of the other food threads, I thought i'd start one about eating healthy. Im not the healthiest person in the world but im trying to be, since food is the body's fuel I figured I should eat healthier and see what fellow fixed gear riders eat.

Depends how much riding you do, I dont really think about how it will effect cycling when im choosing what to eat, but things like Pasta and bread could help if you're feeling burned out early.

I try to eat as much raw food as I can. Can't say that I gear that toward cycling though.

These are awesome
