Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Questions for RideTommasini

Since someone was slandered by RideTommasini in a thread that the latter has asked to be closed, I though it's only fair to have the name of the person slandered, cleared publicly, just as that thread was - plublic.

You don't get to eat your pie and keep it, too, just because you get a moderator on your side.

I really liked this post: https://www.bikeforums.net/showpost.p...&postcount=182

And so I'll copy/paste the "questionnaire":

QUESTION #1

In their UNPAINTED and NON-DECALED bare steel finish, were these frames in question built by Tommasini Italy?

[ ] YES
[ ] NO

QUESTION #2

For the frames in question, were they painted by Tommasini Italy?

[ ] YES
[ ] NO

QUESTION #3

For the frames in question, were the head badges made and installed by Tommasini Italy?

[ ] YES

QUESTION #4

For the frames in question, were the Tommasini decals applied by Tommasini Italy?

[ ] YES
[ ] NO

QUESTION #5

For the frames in question, did Tommasini Italy apply the "Gorilla" label decals?

we did not slander anyone - as stated before we will not engage further. I don't understand why you would question us, when we have nothing to gain - we are only protecting our brand. It would be best instead of continuing this discussion to end it and you can ask the factory any further questions and that will end the he said/she said stuff.

Ugh, just let it go. Tommasini has just lost a ton of customers, stop beating a dead horse. They'll pay the price in the long term.

Could you kindly answer the questions in the thread? Pretty please? With sugar on top?

"The factory" didn't make the accusations.
You did.
But then you've said that "we would know if we made a frame or not" or words to that effect.
Just sayin'

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

Restored after a bit of cleanup. Further discussion is to be done with the principals of the dispute via email or discussed respectfully in this thread

https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...01#post6317801

Bike Forums isn't going to take sides on this.
