But then some people will tell you that this is not exactly true, claiming that DA 7600 square taper cranks are not actully JIS but ISO instead and many Keirin pros will run DA7600 on a Sugino 75 BB. The point being that DA7600 cranks are NJS certified and all NJS stuff should be ISO. And that the chainline this combo gives you will be dead on. But who knows.
And yes, I have it like that but haven't been riding it too long yet to know whether it will **** my cranks up or not. But to answer the original question, yes, it will work.

The DA TRACK cranks are ISO. All NJS track cranks (minus Octipuke) are ISO. All NJS bottom brackets (minus Octipuke) are as well. So...it depends on which DA cranks you have.

It'll be fine -- I think the most cautious advice is to pick, when your NJS cranks are new, which NJS bottom bracket you are going to use with it. If you have to replace it later, get the same one. This way, if the crank hole has (unlikely) deformed to fit the taper a slight bit, you won't run the possibility of a loose or not fully engaged fit should you decide to switch brands, etc.
From all of my reading on the subject I gather there has been some industry ambiguity (or perhaps lack of concern) as regards taper specifications for NJS. Practice, although, suggests that you'll end up with a good chain line regardless of which NJS bb you use with whichever NJS cranks (square taper, anyway). If you have any concern, following my above advice should ensure that you won't run into problems.
