Return it. Tell them it wont coast. I'm sure they'll take care of it.

I think I am going to take it to my LBS (local bike shop) too see if they can fix it, maybe it just needs some more grease?

How to coast:
1.Remove Brakes & toe clips+straps
2.Find the steepest longest hill you can.
3. Pedal as fast as you can down the hill.
4. Take feet off pedals.
5. You are now coasting.

I am going to take my brake off whenever they fix it (I am all about simplicity and low profile, kind of a zen thing).
Anyways how do I re-wrap bars? Can someone show me a tutorial? Also I have the green kilo tt, do you think white would be good or should I get something out there, like yellow?

Why do you want bar tape that just slows you down, also bar ends are a terrible idea.

So that explains why I rarely break 30mph on my commute. Danged bar tape!
Next time you crash and mellon-ball your spleen with the open bar end, you will realize the value of bar end plugs.
