got my first single speed
Got a Kona paddy wagon today. My first single speed and I am addicted now. Have not tried riding it fixed yet.
Rigt now it is 42X16 I think I am going to switch to a 15 in the back.

"I chained my new street lamp to this POS bicycle...nobody rides Fcusking bikes anymore, so it should've been fine. Until apparently some third-world 'feed-this-child-for-seventy-cents-a-day' hipster decides he 'needs' my new ****ing streetlamp! I found the chain on the other side of the parking lot. You guys should've seen it. It was like all like bright lime green, with vintage concert posters that I put on it, and it had a Phil bulb. Now wtf am I gonna do?! I saved up four months for that fscuking pole-set. If any of you sees a low-life electricity-improverished hipster running around Chico, Cali with a lime green fixed-bulb forty-foot-tall street lamp, please kick his ass and let me know. Thanks."
--and, hey, welcome to the board. That blue is WAY nicer than the uber-dark foresty green they had on the Paddy Wagon last year.

I really like mine, really light frame.
Kinda looks like a big BMX to me (I have the 49cm) which I liked at first, now I dunno, but a great frame non the less.

Hooked on single speed? Doesn't that just mean 'hooked on bikes'?

Try it fixed, you won't go back. It's not as challenging as it seems, except for the first day or two when you try to stop pedalling for bumps.
