Trek Soho S vs Specialized Globe Centrum Sport

I really like both of these bikes and am having a hard time deciding between the two. Does anyone have any thoughts?

It probably depends on what kind of riding your going to be doing.. the two bikes are nice, but for $550 you could probably do better IMO. But, for those two I'd go with the Soho. I don't care for the frame on the globe..

    test ride

I test rode the specialized when visiting my family on the East Coast in December. I tested the Trek yesterday and liked a lot about it. In Chicago, Nobody has the Specialized in stock, nor do they plan to since they said that a "real" city bike can't have 26'' wheels. It is hard to compare a 5 minute test ride in December to one in late April.

I like a lot about both bikes. I was wondering what the "word" is on both of them.
