Philly Bike Trails

hey guys, i was riding the kelly drive route and went to manayunk trying to find the schuylkill river trail... but hopped onto the towing path. is there another route that connects to the trail where it's paved as opposed to gravel? trying to ride to valley forge park.... thanks for the tips!
