Trek t1
Anyone have or have ridden the trek t1? I'm just wondering b/c i'm really considering buying one. I guess my main concern is if it has any toe overlap. There is no way for me to test ride it before i buy it b/c it's an online purchase. I just need feed back on how much you love/hate it!
-much thanks!

I have a t1, I like it. The feel of it is unique compared to my other bikes. I bought mine about 2 months ago, and have upgraded the handlebars, stem, seat post, saddle, tires. The majority of the stock components are crappy IMO.
Yes there is some toe overlap.. just like other track frames.

Get it. I ride a T1. It has very steep geometry, even steeper then the S-Works Langster. 74-degree headtube. Love mine. Yes, there is toe lap on my 54cm frame (165mm cranks).
I would buy the frameset then build it up from there.

The wheels are decent. Nothing super aero, they come with a flip/flop hub although it has a 'cap' to screw on the threadings of one side so it looks like a more traditional 'track' hub (with only one side threaded).
The cranks are decent as they use an external bearing BB, but they're stepped so not track specific cranks. They work though. The 2006 model came with a few slight differences, namely a Stronglight Ceramic chainring.

Yes there is an integrated headset. It has full track geometry, a decent wheelset, and decent cranks, as said above it retails for around 1100. Personally, I replaced everything (sold it) and used that money to build up a decent setup, so you could go with just the frameset.
