Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

random parts you MUST HAVE!

the other day i was at work and there was this dude that just had leg surgery talking to my friend. the guy has this little contraption that he sets his knee on that has wheels so he can just walk on the one leg and roll the other. i look down at the thing and it has this weird little brake lever on it. needless to say i talked the guy into giving it to me when he healed up, but it wasnt like it would look right on my bike or anything but my head just started going crazy thinkin off some sweet build using this brake. i couldnt stop messing with the thing until he had to leave.

kinda looney but just wondering if you guys have ever found something that you dont know what youd even do with it but you just really want it?

My coworker had the same thing. It's a knee height scooter. Pretty snazzy.
