FG conversion crank question

I have decided to fix my newest ride, a Pacer 10 speed (If anyone has ever heard of this brand give me a shout) and have a quick question about the crankset. I am wondering how or if I can reduce it to a single chainring. It is a Sakae Custom A and is pictured below. Thanks in advance.
