Sugino crankarm thread stripped, part warranty?
Hi the arm that holds the pedal on my crankset was stripped and i cant keep it on any longer. does sugino have a manufacturers warranty? how do i get a hold of them? i cant find a website.

probably not because it's most likely user error and wouldn't be covered by a warranty anyways

I said: "I was in awe. Literally, they shaved the threads right off! These were brand new Sugino RDs and I know how to install pedals!"
Anyway, RDs were cheap enough to just buy another DS arm. If you have nicer cranks like CRecords or the like, you can helicoil them.

Yeah I read that; I was trying to help the OP, who did not, in fact, say that he has RD's. Maybe he has 75s and would be better off helicoiling them..
