Please explain how being able to do it four ways is any better than two.
at 1st it's the weirdest thing to do because you're going to reversing the feel of a regular track stand but after a lot of practice, you'll see how useful it is when you need to use it. try and make it to the point of it being as close to natural as the "regular" way.

btw learning this will also help you, if do don't know already, how to do reverse circles. trackstanding in all 4 will get you used to balancing yourself in reverse. here's a short clip of me

Yeah...I can understand doing it completely naked. I can understand doing it with a life-jacket.
I just don't understand wearing a life-jacket and having your junk hanging out...unless you can't swim?

They kinda made us use it. Besides, the whole reason for doing stuff like this naked is so that you don't have to wear/carry wet clothes.

What are they doing? Why do they come here? Some kind of instinct. Memory, of what they used to do. This was an important place in their lives.

My buddy Mark on a deathtrap I put together for him [that's what friends are for right?]

    No brakes, no retention.
“There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.”
