Sekai?

Hey guys, I'm looking at buying my first fixie project bike and with the current explosion is popularity (yay for bandwagons!) it's incredibly hard to find a vintage bike in my area. My boss has an old Sekai, which looks to be from somewhere in the mid 80's, that's in good condition that he's willing to sell me for 120 bones. It's got a nice set of brand new tires on it, and theyre the expensive hard to pop ones (supposedly). Everything else on the bike is stock, but since I figure the only thing I'm going to keep is the frame anyways I'm wondering if this is a decent deal? I've been pretty unable to find any info on the bike so I'm wonderin if any of you might have any knowledge? Thanks guys, any input helps!
