Crotch hitting my stem...?
yeah so Im an f-ing fixed gear noob, Anyway ive been riding for about a month and id have to say Im a pretty good skidder, but when I lean over to lock my rear wheel my crotch hits the stem, and it does not feel good at all. So today I decided to take my bike to my local shop to get my fork cut so my stem wouldnt be so high, I had it cut about 1 1/2 in. Doing this actually made it way worse, now it hits my p-ness. It sounds pretty lame but has anyone ever invested in a stem cover? or has anyone ever had this problem? any info would be great. I was thinking of just contacting the original manufacturer of the stem that came stock with my bike, buy a new one and just deal with it hitting my pubic bone.

I'm new too, but my friend has this problem. He made a stem cover and that remedies it. However, his bike is a bit too big for him too, so maybe that's the root of the problem for you too.

Find an old 1980s BMX stem pad, learn to skid like a normal person, both, or die

My friend told me a story about how a guy explained why he wears a patch over his eye. This one eyed guy said he put a rock on a railroad track to see if a train would crush it. When the train hit the rock, the rock flew into his face.
This guy made two mistakes here.
1. He sat and watched.
2. He told sombody he sat and watched.
