Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

why bother?

whoever ends up buying that frame oughta hang it up on the wall, as a beautiful curiosity. trying to restore it would be pointless, imho. i'd just want to wipe it with clean cloth diapers and talk about it whenever i got drunk.

seriously, i wouldnt suggest that any sane person oughter buy this frame, but it is rather interesting to look at.
