Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Needs more 700c wheels.

I have a very similar wheelset on my bike right now, same sized tires, just a flip flop hub instead of a coaster brake in the rear. Those rims in the picture are definitely steel -- check out the rust by the nipples. Same thing is happening to mine.

I am counting down the days until I can finally replace this wheelset.

Just the kind of thing and aging chi-town punk would get in a bidding war with Deebo over.

Go knock him the f (cough cough) k out. and start shopping around for SPD-compatible jump boots

Let me be the first, and hopefully last, to make the obligatory Janet Jackson reference.

That really is pretty. Looks like a proto mtb, makes me wanna get my old Schwinn coaster bike powder coated.

Looking at that bike reminds me of something I really miss in contemporary frames: one piece "American" bottom brackets.
