Nah, just that Philly beat you to the punch. We've already gotten excited about new & artistic bike racks, debated installing new & artistic bike racks, implemented new & artistic bike racks, used new & artistic bike racks, vandalized new & artistic bike racks, and gotten over new & artistic bike racks.

I have a question about your old bike racks. Could they be overcome with a 2x4? If not, can you please ship them to Toronto? T.I.A.

Locations and renderings of all the Byrne bike racks: https://www.davidbyrne.com/art/bike_racks/index.php
I saw that female silhouette one a couple weeks ago. Sorta cool, but makes for limited bike locking configurations.

I love David Byrnes (at least TH era David Byrnes), but some of these designs are hella impractical as actual bike racks.
Clearly I'm being too literal though.

if its a cycling-related thing that catches the eye of a non-cyclist, it may be a super positive thing.

I agree, it's got the potential to do some good in terms of raising awareness. I wonder with some of the designs if passer-byes will recognize the connection to cycling.
