120 may be too much if you are looking to convert...try to find something 40-50 bucks..that bike already looks decent so try saving another bike

I don't think $120 is too much to drop on an older bike of sufficient quality, but that one doesn't merit anywhere near that much. Something in the $50 range seems more appropriate. But its value really depends on your local market; in plenty of places, there's enough demand for older conversion-friendly bikes that they sell at prices that boggle my mind.

I can't believe I didn't notice that, but I sure didn't. However, I'm fairly sure that's a janky SS conversion judging by the rear brake what appears to be the original rear wheel. So for the OP, if you're set on fixed, keep in mind it's not quite there yet.
