New wheelset choices...
So I rode fixed all winter, than flipped he wheel and threw on cross tires for the summer. The skinny tires and fenders are back on, but I like the freewheel and am most likely done with fixed.
I'm thinking of getting a nicer wheelset (mine is cheapo), that isn't flip flop, and maybe a dos eno freewheel. Should I get a ten speed wheelset and use a bunch of spacers so that I can use the wheelset for another project someday, or should I get a single speed wheelset? Where do I begin looking for a good single speed commuting wheelset? I'm looking to spend a few hundred dollars but nothing outrageous (over $500). Also, have people had good experience with the dos eno?
Thanks!

You can put a freewheel on the freewheel side or the fixed side of any flip/flop hub. The threads are the same. Fewer threads will be engaged by a freewheel on the fixed side, but that's not a problem, really. Flip flop is not a disadvantage. In fact, fixed/fixed gives you the most options.

I've had the flip flop for almost a year, and never used it. I don't need an extra side, because it will just sit there unused. I'm just as likely to change the freewheel as I am to flip it.
So I guess I'm looking for a single sided fix, if it's true that a dos eno would work on it. Reccomendations? Will the dos eno workok on it?
Thanks

I think you're looking for a single sided freewheel, no?
I would search ebay for some old high-end thread-on freewheel hubs. There's tons out there. Have them respaced and built up locally with double butted spokes on good quality rims.
Here's a random search:

Anyway, old Dura Ace or Superbe or Campy freewheel stuff can be had at much cheaper prices than track parts.
