Broken Kilo tt Fork

The fork on my Mercier Kilo tt just got bent to the point that it is dangerous. So I need to get a new one. What should I get to replace it? I don't really want to spend that much money. Less than $150 if that's possible

https://cgi.ebay.com/Reynolds-Ouzo-Co...d=p3286.c0.m14

https://cgi.ebay.com/Carbon-road-fork...d=p3286.c0.m14

would both work (sorry for the huge links!), but if you look hard enough you could probably find one with lugged steel if that is what you're going for.

also, there are a few you might be interested in at bikes island: https://bikeisland.com/cgi-bin/BKTK_S...cessories-Road

at $150 you're 3/4 the way to a new Kilo Frame w/fork.

Maybe buy the frame/fork when Bikeisland gets them in stock in October and keep the fork/sell the frame?

Just contacted Jeff. Keep in mind the forks with the bike island frameset will come threaded.

check the KHS flite 100 geometry. Don't bother with any geo on the Mercier site. It's wayyy off.

BTW, you never mentioned whether it was threaded or threadless.

If anyone is wondering what I did, I ended up getting a fork for a 100 bucks from spicer. It's the only thing I could find that would work with my bike. And I looked everywhere you guys told me to.

out of curiosity, how did you bend it?

I have a kilo on the way and I ride down stairs sometimes... do I have to stop?
