Stem help
I have a Nitto threaded stem and i just got a set of syntace stratos. how the hell do you get the stem over the 90* bend?

Soap up the bend, insert a flat screwdriver in the stem clamp's crack and twist it juust a biiiiiit. Remember it's aluminum and bending it is not the best for it, so go very easy on it.

I found that it helps to have the stem OFF the bike when inserting these bars. I have a set that Ive had on a few different stems. My old SR stem was easy enough but the slightly wider clamp area of an old 3TTT stem was impossible until I figured out that there was basically an expander bolt to make the clamp size larger. Now if Id only figured that out trying to get a pair of Cinelli LA-84 TT bars on ...

thank i got it. pain in the nuts, but totally worth it. i love these bars
