Kilo TT vs Kilo TT pro?
Lookin to pick up my first SS/FG bike. Will mostly use it for <20mile round trip daily commutes to school. I want something simple, reliable, and affordable. I don't really want to upgrade very much (at least not right away). Seems a lot of people like these Kilo bikes on here. Is the pro the way to go?
Thanks guys

If you didn't either search here, or look at the bikesdirect site, I'll copy this for good measure.
PRO Upgrades from the regular Kilo TT:
Pro-grade Forged Aluminum Sugino Track crankset (130 BCD)
Custom Alex SUB 30mm V-Aero section wheelset
Precision Sealed Bearing Hi-flange Hubs
Tektro RL570 cross top lever + R350 front brake - Valued at $40
Custom paint colors
KMC Gold edition chain
Fast rolling Kenda Koncept Lite Kevlar bead tires
Decide if that stuff (plus the colors) are worth the extra $130 to you.

go to your local bike shop (referred to as LBS on the forums) and find a nice used road bike. don't be a band-wagon *****, and eat **** into a car because you spun out coming down your first hill.

And wtf about band-wagon? There's nothing band-wagon about a $300 bike

I went with the pro (see my 5 day review). For $130 ($180 less brake add cost) I get enough of an upgrade in parts that I don't have to worry about replacing due to breakage.
